Foshan Kimberly Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (formerly Foshan Zhongporcelain Kiln) was founded in 2011. The company has been persistently focusing on the R & D, production and sales of industrial kilns, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, intelligent equipment and other ceramic equipment for many years. After more than ten years of development, it has now grown into a famous ceramic equipment enterprise in the industry, the company has successively won the honorary titles of "National High-tech Enterprise", "High-tech Products" and "Guangdong Province Contract-abiding and Credit-abiding Enterprise.
At present, the main business scope of our company includes ceramic tile roller kiln, daily porcelain tunnel kiln, energy-saving and environment-friendly burner, high-efficiency heat exchanger and white smoke filter. It also undertakes the construction of ceramic equipment auxiliary machinery (such as kiln inlet and outlet machine, glaze line, blank turning machine, blank storage machine and other single equipment).
Our company has a production base of about 60 mu in Sanshui, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with more than 100 fixed professional and technical workers. The base is equipped with various advanced processing equipment such as full-automatic laser cutting machine, full-automatic welding machine, CNC numerical control lathe, etc. The processing capacity can meet the company's annual output value of 0.3 billion yuan.
Our company has outstanding technology research and development capabilities. We have successively introduced senior technical talents from domestic universities and ceramic companies. The technology research and development center currently has more than 20 research and development personnel, and the technology research and development capabilities have reached the first-class level in the industry. There are professional laboratories in the production base, and a number of advanced experimental equipment have been introduced, and experiments such as thermal energy power, precise combustion, and intelligent control have been carried out all year round, and jointly research and development with ceramic enterprises, carry out practical special experiments, successively break through a number of key technologies, and obtain a number of invention patents and dozens of utility model patents.
At present, our company has a number of business project departments in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Fujian, Hebei and other provinces and cities, covering 80% of the domestic ceramic production bases and several export ceramic production lines in Southeast Asian countries such as India, Vietnam and Bangladesh. On average, the company undertakes more than 20 kilns per year, all the projects are qualified, and the excellence rate is more than 98%, it has been widely recognized by brand customers such as "Marco Polo", "New Pearl", "Nobel", "Jinyitao" and "Jianyi.
