Product Introduction
THE DRIVING SYSTEM
The transmission system adopts 45° helical gear differential rotation:
(1) The bearing seat is divided into single conjoined body or multiple conjoined body;
(2) A soft link or a hard link is used between the roller jacket and the roller;
(3) The drive motor is connected with the main drive shaft by chain or gear box.
Features:
1.Smooth drivng, reliable, low failure, long service life.
2.It can avoid the bending and deformation of the roller in the high temperature zone, and has the
function of automatically straightening the roller, thereby prolonging the service life of the roller.
3.Automatic regulation and control in a few zones by inverters and PLC.
4.The driving system has swing function.
5.Alarm function in case of chain breakage.
6.Alarm function in case of roller breakage.
