In view of the actual problems encountered by the kiln in the production of largevolume
and large-scale products, we arranged multiple vertical extraction heat pipes inside the kiln.
According to the requirements of the cooling curve, the lowtemperature hot air from the
slow cooling section is pumped to the indirect cooling section.
Heating technology can effectively use excess heat energy, save energy and reduce consumption;
and the adjustable hot and cold air can effectively solve the problem of temperature difference
in the section of the slow cooling zone.
